Stayrene operates serviced residences and vacation rentals on behalf of property owners. Stayrene UMS (Unit Management System) is the internal web application our staff use to run those units, and the portal where owners follow them. It is not a public booking site: accounts are issued by Stayrene.

Door PINs, keycards and other access items, encrypted and shown only to authorized staff.

How Stayrene UMS uses Google

Stayrene UMS connects to a Google Drive account owned by Stayrene to store the utility bill PDFs it collects. It asks only for the drive.file permission, so it can see and change only the folders and files it created itself, and never reads anything else in that Drive. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
